West Coast Dealer for Dragonfly

IS OUR HOME BASE yet we have an extensive network of contacts and partners from Bellingham, Washington to Monterey, California.
Amy and I proudly represent Danish built Dragonflys and recommend them for their superior build quality, time proven design, ease of operation and the fact that they can be reliably fold into a regular slip at the end of the day with little hassle.

We Specialize in Trimarans, Dragonfly Trimarans!
With 57 years of experience, Quroning Boats have proven to be a constant and superior trimaran builder and Wilhite Sailing is committed to sharing the amazing benefits these solid trimarans provide. Things like 200 mile days on an unsinkable platform yet still able to fold up into a monohull sized slip or anchored in a shallow harbor once you reach your destination. And being trimarans they don't have any of the unsavory habits found in many larger catamarans.
Why the next generation of sailors is switching to trimarans
Dragonfly Trimarans West Coast
Live the Adventure You Can't Get with a Monohull
I’ve sailed for over four decades, first day-sailing and eventually racing for 20 plus years because that’s what all my friends were doing. At some point along the way I discovered cruising, the joys of travel and the true pursuit of hedonism.
I simply like to go sailing whatever the guise.
A little more than twelve years ago I landed a job as project manager for an Extreme 40 racing program and since then I’ve been more interested in multihulls. I'd delivered big catamarans in tropical locals and appreciate them for what they can do but it was the X40 that taught me that in rigorous conditions catamaran sailors need a close and watchful eye to remain safe. Sure good ocean cats can sail on oceans but trimarans? Well there’s a reason professional multihull ocean racers chose this platform.
Importantly, as I’ve aged, I better appreciate sailing flat. On my Dragonfly I can go out for days at a time, through all sorts of conditions, and I don't get beat up. No real heeling, just a raw push forward.
Combined a comfortable interior with excellent amenities I have lots of reasons to be aboard. Anchoring out is simply wonderful if only because getting there is so much fun.
In the past 20 months I’ve sailed over 2000 miles within the Gulf of the Farallones. I recently sailed to a waypoint 200 miles west of the Golden Gate and back, singlehanded. It was awesome. My family and I have anchored out all over Gulf and the Bay and I especially enjoy provisioning for these jaunts.
